These terms apply to transfer enquiries and bookings made with Gorey Airport Taxis.

1. Transfer requests

Submitting a booking form is a request for a transfer. It does not create a confirmed booking until Gorey Airport Taxis contacts you to accept the journey.

2. Accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, travel times, passenger numbers, luggage information and flight details where relevant.

3. Passenger and luggage limits

Vehicles are arranged for 1–8 passengers depending on availability. If luggage or passenger numbers exceed what was requested, we may need to adjust the arrangement.

4. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if your flight time, passenger numbers or pickup details change. Cancellation and change arrangements will be confirmed directly with you.

5. Airport collections

For airport collections, providing a flight number helps planning. Meeting arrangements are confirmed before travel.

6. Behaviour and safety

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey where safety is at risk.

7. Pricing

Prices are confirmed with you when your transfer request is accepted. Website forms do not display automatic fixed fares unless later configured by the business.

8. Liability

While we aim to provide dependable transfers, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, flight changes or circumstances outside reasonable control. Keep valuable items with you at all times.
